Q. How do you make placing an order on your website secure?
We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website. Our server hosts our products and checkout encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. Orders are processed within 1 business day and ship out via USPS within 24 hrs.
Q. What are your shipping and handling rates?
Ship only to the United States and Puerto Rico via USPS.
Q. Where are you shipping from?
We ship from our warehouses located in Miami, Florida USA & San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Q. Can I Split an order to multiple locations?
Unfortunately no! However, if you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place each order separately. This is also a benefit to you as you will have more control over tracking your orders.
Q. Can I track my order?
Yes! you will be receiving an email with the tracking information within 24 hours.
Q. What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase, you’ll need to email our Customer Service at mambosteeljewelry@gmail.com Once you have obtained your approval number, please follow these three easy instructions to return your purchase:
Make sure the item is in a resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned products that are marked or otherwise damaged.
Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned product so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.
Ship the package to our returns department. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package or ship it by USPS.

Our primary metal of choice throughout our jewelry collection is Stainless Steel, organic or ION Plated technology, followed by 925 Silver then 10KT Gold. When choosing materials that are integrated with our metals we make sure it is genuine leather and genuine semi-precious gemstones.

Stainless Steel is hypoallergenic. It is a highly durable and strong metal making a great everyday jewelry wear. It is resistant to rust, oxidation, and discoloration, allowing long-lasting jewelry designs to last. As a bonus, stainless steel jewelry designs are stunning while affordable.
Q. How do I clean my stainless steel jewelry?
Clean stainless steel and darkened stainless steel with warm water and mild soap. Dry with a clean towel.
Q. How do I take care of my leather bracelets?
To clean leather, use a damp sponge, cold water, and mild soap. Wipe off excess moisture. Do not submerge leather in water. Allow the leather to dry completely before storing it in the supplied pouch.
Q. What is Forged Carbon found in some of your jewelry pieces?
Forged carbon is a mixture of carbon and resin that is bonded under high temperatures and extreme pressure to form a very strong, yet lightweight material. It is not metal.
Q. How to take care of Forged Carbon Jewelry items?
Clean forged carbon with water and diluted dish soap. The silver or gold parts of the jewelry can be polished; however, forged carbon cannot be polished. Forged carbon is scratch resistant. However, like many hard objects, it can be scratched or damaged if impacted in the right place. Scratches can produce a white powdery residue, which can easily be removed through light rubbing with a soft cloth.
Q. Does Sterling Silver tarnish?
Tarnishing is a natural reaction when sterling silver is in the presence of saltwater, air pollutants or everyday items that contain sulfur, such as leather, rubber, and chlorine. To remove any tarnish, we recommend routinely wiping your sterling silver jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth.
Q. How do I take care of my Sterling Silver Jewelry items?
Remove heavy tarnish with warm water, mild soap, and a clean, soft cotton or flannel cloth, a special sterling silver cleaning cloth, or a very soft-bristle brush like a baby toothbrush.
Silver polish or dip-style cleaning solutions are not recommended.
